How will your future house be created

1. Project preparation

Our manager will come to the object and write down all your wishes: what architectural style do you like, how many people will live in the house, what is the required square footage of the premises, what communications are needed, what technologies are needed.

2. Survey of the site and obtaining documentation

Now the work with the plot and documentation begins. Necessary measurements are taken, topographic surveying, geological exploration is carried out. Documents are submitted to state authorities to obtain technical conditions for connection to engineering networks, a notification of the start of construction is registered.

3. 3D visualization of the future house

We will develop a three-dimensional model with 3D visualizations and planning solutions so that you can immediately assess how your dream house will look like. Let's agree on all the smallest details and wishes.

4. Project development and creation of drawings

At this stage, the project documentation is being developed. We make architectural and structural drawings of the cottage and other buildings, the project of all communications, and also, if necessary, create a project for the improvement of the land plot.

5. Creation of an estimate and work schedule

After the project is ready, we will be able to say exactly how many and what materials will be needed, what works and in what quantity will need to be performed, what equipment will be used.
